Manco Cápac

A flawless model, respect, and real scope, with an easy temperament in daily life.

Born in 2018, Manco Cápac is a young sport stallion from a cross designed for jumping. Sired by Peppermill, with a solid damline by Elvis ter Putte then Canturo and the excellent Stardust VI in the lower line. His pedigree associates blood and technique, with a clear priority: producing modern, respectful, and usable horses.

At work, Manco stands out for a stable character, a real goodwill, and a canter quality that pleases the rider. At the jump, he shows what is expected of a horse destined for sport. Manco Cápac has strength, a back that rounds up, and above all a natural respect that secures the progression.

We use him to transmit as a priority:

  • His temperament: easy, straightforward, work-oriented.
  • His model: modern, harmonious, with clean lines.
  • His strength: real scope, with margin.
  • His respect: key quality to produce consistent horses.

The first foals are being born this season, and we hope to quickly validate that Manco imprints his character, beauty, and power on his production.

Pedigree (notes)

Peppermill is a KWPN stallion born in 1997 by Burggraaf. His dam Litaire (Voltaire) is out of Rosita (Lector x Glavius), known in sport as Expo Graphic, who performed at Grand Prix level with Eric van der Vleuten.

This pedigree clearly explains what is sought after in his lineage: a solid genetic jumping foundation, supported by a damline confirmed in sport. It combines blood, strength, and true competitive reliability.

The dam, Emara Giguellerie Z, is a Zangersheide mare born in 2012 by Elvis ter Putte and Canturo, with a sporting career at 1.45m level under a rider who started in Children and moved up to Juniors with her.

Emara belongs to a damline that has already produced at the highest level. Her dam, Aymara des Bergeries (Aymara de Ligny), performed at 1.60m level under a Mexican rider. Emara is notably the maternal half-sister of Great Dust des Bergeries (by Singulord Joter, 1.45m level) and Fabius de Laubry (by Baloubet du Rouet, 1.60m level).

An official British Showjumping selection, Emara was part of the youth teams for the Nations Cup in Zuidwolde (May 2025) with the young British rider Madison Seedhouse. She participated in the European Children's Championships (CH-EU-Ch-S) in Vilamoura 2021 and the CSIO Youth in Zuidwolde 2025.

We believe in this damline, validated on the ground in demanding circuits, under the saddle of a (very) young rider and in championship formats.

Sporting records

In 2025, Manco Cápac completed the courses in his age category with remarkable consistency, accumulating clear rounds throughout the season. He ended on a high note at the CSI YH in Lier (Azelhof) with a magnificent ranking in the 7-year-old Grand Prix. A result that confirms his respect, temperament, and scope.**

In 2026, our goals for Manco are to compete in the Belgian Championship for 8-year-olds and to compete in his first 1.45m Ranking classes.

Breeders will be able to see him at most major national events and at several international shows.

Manco can suit all types of mares, following a simple logic:

  • Mares with blood / sensitive: the goal is to keep the blood while gaining mental stability and rideability.
  • Powerful but “heavy” mares: we look for a more modern foal, with more reactivity and respect.
  • Lighter mares: the objective is to add strength and margin without losing the conformation.

In practice, we particularly recommend him to breeders who wish to produce a horse clearly oriented towards sport, with frame, and a temperament that is easy to manage on a daily basis.
